Yes, unless he is a player. But if he is a nice guy or a shy guy, he will almost always say it only when he means it.
Reply:Ok I am a girl but I have one really good guy friend and he has had like five girlfriends this year and he always says that he loves them. I honestly do not believe him at all and I love him to death but when he says that I want to punch him! I think it depends, all guys think they are in love until they are ACTUALLY in love.
