say in california,,(house rent + Grocery + Foods). i am vegiterian..non-smoker...non-alchoholic.... ideaa for normal survival?

it should include expenditure for one person for one month's rent+grocery+foodings. consedering normal living space, need not to be luxury appartment. please let me know.
