I tried to force my earring in but it wouldnt go in and now my ear is swollen!!!?

so my ear holes closed up and i dont know why since i had the holes for over a year but then they closed


so i tried putting an earring in one ear and it hurt so i stopped trying.





now its kinda swollen, like when i feel it with my finger i feel a bump inside my earlobe





i think i had it for a couple months and it wont go away








what should i do???


will ice work or something??

You will need to have them pierced again. The bumps are always there, but more noticeable when irritated. Swab the areas with rubbing alcohol three or four times a day. Just like you did right after they were pierced the first time.
Reply:No matter what we do, when we are at home tending to these things, we are never as clean as we should be. Your fingers may have had something on them (there are bacteria that live on your skin 24/7/365) or the jewelry may have been a little dirty.
