FOR MODELS: is it normal not to know?

Is it normal not to know what you wanna do when u grow up at age 15, i know already what i wanna do, model, but it's not a career that u can do all your life and i don't what else i wanna be at the moment, does anyone feel the same, i mean do you know what u wanna do after modeling?

Yes, You have lots of time to decide. If you go to your local community college when you get out of high school, they will do an assesment test and this will help you decide what you would be good at. College is a lot more fun than high school.


You are much more free to pursue what you are really interested in rather than what the school recommends you learn. On the other hand, you are not pushed to get good grades. It's totally up to you to fulfull your dreams.

Reply:I had not a clue when I was 18, but I trained for office work, typing, filing, bookkeeping, office machines, because its a good job and the money/benefits were good too. I went to technical school after high school, but it never worked out for me. All I am glad of is I never had to work retail that would have been the total pits! I just worked until I got married about 5 years later and he gave me a choice to have a career or him to support me and well I hated to work. He has been a great provider and dad.. so it worked out for me.. Just watch for opportunities and don't jump into anything.. go to a legit modeling agency check out their reputations there are a lot of bad ones out there!
Reply:well im not a model but ill answer anyway. im 17 and im in my last year at school, and i still dont know what i wanna do.


u dont have 2 worry though, if u do become a model, that can last u until ur....... at least 25. thats 10 years. and in that time im sure u will find something u wanna do. if u need a bit of help think of this: what do u enjoy (apart from modeling) what is ur favorite subject at school can u see urself in an office job or not. there r many branches from modeling as well. u can become a stylist, a make up artist, anything! but u dont need 2 worry about it now.
