After four years of graduating for my associates degree, I got back to school this past spring to complete my barchelor degree. I still have a balance on my FAFSA, but I'm paying for college myself this time. Its becoming a burden to make the FAFSA payments now. Is it posible to stop making payments even though I'm not a full time student? I can't be full time student 'cause I work full time.
Is it posible to stop making the FAFSA payments now that I'm back at school?
Yes, you can stop payments if you fill out the paperwork for the deferment (or forebearance--the loan people will tell you which you are eligible for and the difference).
Call the place you send the bill to. They will send you the forms and get you all set up.
