At first the sex was consensual but then say midway through the deed on of the people wants to stop but the other person doesn't. Is that considered rape even though it started out with both people agreeing to have sex?
Is it considered rape if?
yes
if the woman at any point says stop and the man doesnt it is rape.
Reply:Yes, once the woman, or man says "NO" the other person must stop or it is rape. It may be difficult to prove such a case, but legally, it is rape.
Reply:Any point at which it is no longer consented (the moment you say "NO, Stop" etc.) it is considered rape.
Reply:Yes it is but only if the other person doesn't stop within a decent amount of time. Not stopping in only like two seconds before the second person even has a chance to stop is not but after the intial time it would take to process and stop the act it does become rape.
Reply:Yes, at any point either sex says stop, and the other partner does not, it is considered rape. (example: If you were riding him and he said to stop and you just continued)
Reply:Legally it is rape. Proving it is another matter. They have a word for women like that. It starts with a C. Poor guy, hope he doesn't judge all women by this cock teaser.
Reply:Alot of women says "NO" Half Jokingly or seriously but then change their mind half a second later - only f@#ck women who know very little about you - women abuse their rights to accuse men of rape all the time - often it is vendetta and nothing happens to the women after she lies and RUINS the man.
Reply:Yes. Anytime one is having sex and the other person decides that they don't wish to have sex any longer then continuing would be rape.
Why is this question asked over and over again on Yahoo! Answers? How often does this kind of situation come up in reality? Hardly ever. Yet it is constantly asked about as if it is some kind of major issue. It's not.
Reply:Yes, absolutely. Consent is not irrevocable, but ongoing,;and therefore if consent is withdrawn at any time then the other person must desist immediately. In some states consent must also be affirmatively and freely given, not simply implied through non-resistance.
Reply:yeap, if someone say STOP!!!!! and the other continues on then yes, its rape, as dificult it is for the guy, he has to stop!!!
