What does it mean when a girl hugs you from behind?

I was waiting for this girl on our first day and she came from behind and covered my eyes then she hugged me from behind and we walked while she continued holding me. I was very suprised because I didn't expect much on a first day but it felt really good. I don't want to misinterpret. What does she mean by doing this?
