I bleached my hair today but it is not light enough can i bleach it again tomorrow?

I wanted to go blond since i have light brown hair naturally, all of my roots turned blonde but the part of my hair that was dyed dark brown turned orangey. Can i bleach it again tomorrow? Will it fry my hair? What should I do. please help.

I wouldn't do it... it will probably mess your hair up. Go to the store and by Loreal hair die in the lightest shade you can find. It doesn't hurt your hair and it comes with some really great conditioner that stops the color from fading!
Reply:OMG NO!!! It will completely fry your head and it will look like you took fire to the ends! (fuzzy curled up clumps that will fall out and break). See a stylist to check the condition of your hair. You might be past the point of a color strip and may just have to deal with it. You can also darken your hair w/a 10 volume developer. It just deposits color, it does not lighten it at all.
Reply:it will probably fry your hair u should wait at least 3 to 4 weeks to bleach again
Reply:if i were you i would try and have it toned... if you think the orange is to warm to tone to a nicer blonde, than you may have to relift the hair with bleach. this will probably cause some damaging effects such as dryness, breakage, and frizziness. you may want to sit under a hooded dryer to make the product really heat up so the hair can lift higher and faster...good luck... and if you are doing this at home... STOP before you are bald..
Reply:You should really go to a professional. It is very difficult to achieve a nice neutral blond on previously colored hair in one step.
Reply:go to the hair salon and get it professionally done

it's safer for your hair

don't do it again or your hair might die or something like that
Reply:The important thing to know here is IF you had this done profesionally. If not, I would say DO NOT do it again tomorrow. You will most likely destroy your hair. You can tone it to a shade that is close to the yellow so it doesn't look horrible (Like a light light brown to just hide the yellow) but it isn't recommended to do it. Most likely if you did it at home you didnt use professional product and it is hard to know the integrity of your hair by just a posting here. If you got it done professionally then go back where you went and there are many things they can do to try and aid the yellowing. But that is why this type of job is best left to a pro because if you have color on your hair already there is a different process to take. It wasn't taken and that is why you have something called "hot spots". The hair closer to your head is more "virgin" or newer hair and didn't have that hair color on it. That is why it turned a lot lighter then the rest. So bottom line is, i would get a DEMI permenant haircolor in a color that is light enough where you like it but dark enough to hide the yellow in your hair. Let your hair recover for a week or 2 with deep conditioning treatments then try again. It is important to get DEMI or SEMI perm hair color because there is NO ammonia in your hair so it will not damange it anymore. It is deposit only. Good luck!!!!
