I am making a cake and it fell to pieces.. any ideas on what to do with the pieces?
eat it
Reply:ah mush it up with some cold all purpose crewam make a tiramisuesque cake in a glass then top with cofee powder a pinch or five. crumble. layer crumble plus sum graham crakers
Reply:put some ice cream on top of it and serve it in bowls .
Reply:Eat them? or maybe cover it in custard or jelly and put in fridge to set = a nice solid treat.
Reply:make a cake salad!!like get sum frosting like dressing, and make the peices smaller, put them in fancy bowls or cups,and...VWA LA!!!CAKE SALAD!!!!:]
Reply:Serve them in individual dishes with a pudding over the top.
Reply:Why not make a trifle.

Soak the cake pieces in your favourite liqueur. Make up some fruit and jelly and let it set. Top with the liqueur soaked cake pieces, cover in custard and decorate with cream and sprinkles. Yummy.
Reply:use it for a trifle?
Reply:trifle , rum balls or truffles
Reply:Crumble it into small dishes or ramekins. Drizzle with some alcohol (maybe brandy or coffee liquer). Put thick cream on top of this and add grated chocolate on top - mini trifles!

Put into the fridge to cool, serve and enjoy!
Reply:When you eat a cake. You have to "chew it up" anyway.

So, warm up the frosting, and pour it on, and close your eyes.

You will enjoy every bite, but, save some for the kids. %26lt;}:-})
Reply:add nuts and caramel over it or a glaze serve it in a little serving dish they will never know it was not suppose to be like it,,, you can really put anything you want on it ,,,, cut up strawberries and whipped cream
Reply:I have done this,

take the pieces of cake, soak it with strawberry jello liquid, and let it set for 15 minutes. Then mix cream cheese, cheese cake pudding, 1/3 c. milk, and a squeeze of lemon juice,

Layer cake, cream cheese mix, berries (blueberries, blackberries, etc.) whipped topping, then cake, etc. Repeat until gone.

This is really good!!!
Reply:well u could put topings on like whipped cream chocolate or strawberry syrup it would me really good then u could put sprinkles and lotta other good topics with the cake peices it would be a real treat, orr if u don't want it feed it to ur pets lol just kidding
Reply:Put some frosting on the pieces and eat it anyway. So, it won't be the best looking cake in the world. It's fine, it'll still taste the same.
Reply:My family makes what we call "smooch cake"

1 after the cake is baked and cooled ,break up in large bowl

2 make a complimentary pudding to the cake

3 thaw some Cool-Whip(lg tub)(non dairy whipped cream)

4 gently mix together the pudding, cool whip and cake

5 serve and enjoy

Hope you like it like my family does : )
Reply:Hello,

I would make a trifle with it. Cut your cake in to chunks or cubes. Then pick a candy(chopped up) or fruit and pudding flavor that would compliment the flavor of your cake. In a glass bowl, layer cake cubes, prepared pudding and candy or fruit. Repeat the layering process until your bowl is full. You could top your trifle with whipped cream and candy or additional fruit.

I hope that this has been helpful to you! Good Luck!

Reply:Cake and ice cream...surprise!

Chunk the cake into ~2" cubes. Layer ~soft ice cream over. Drizzle w/a chocolate ice cream topping.

HTH.
Reply:I'd go with Sandraro myself. I have to try that, sounds yummy!
Reply:make a flavor of instant pudding that compliments the cake flavor, crumble the pieces into the pudding and serve topped with whipped cream
Reply:Place the pieces in a dish (like a triffle bowl or bundt pan)

Make a simple syrup flavored with raspberry or strawberries

Soak the layers with the syrup

Top with fresh sliced berries and fruit

Top with whipped cream

Repeat to form layers

Chill and enjoy your dessert.
Reply:just make a salad with it. My grandmothers favorite thing to do is make an angel food cake, rip it into chunks, and stir it in with some cool whip and fresh strawberries. This concept will work the same for regualr cake, although the cake may crumple easier
