Spy-ware in computer how to get rid of it..... do I need to install something?

I have this icon near the time that blinks and when I right or left click it it takes me to this " VIRUS HEAT ANTI SPYWARE PROTECTION"

Spy-ware in computer how to get rid of it..... do I need to install something?
When the Zlob Trojan is installed, it automatically downloads and installs VirusHeat onto your computer. It will then configure your computer to automatically start another Trojan that displays fake security alerts in your taskbar that states you are infected or have some other security problem on your computer.

Follow the instruction down below. The tool to use for this removal is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Scroll down to "Automated Removal Instructions for VirusHeat:" And by the way, ignore the Google ads because they are not free and some are dodgy.
