i dyed it blue, and i've consistently redyed it over the course of the last 7 months. now i want to bleach out what's left of the blue, and put in pink to match my prom dress. is it safe?
I bleached a chunk of my hair 7 mos. ago. is it safe to redo the bleach now?
in order to get the blue completely out of your hair you need to go to a salon and have them get it out. I cant think of what the process is called... I think its called stripping or somethin!
